Parking protectors must be bolted to concrete, bitumen car parks will require 300mm square hole minimum to be cut out and be filled with concrete where the parking protector is to be installed.
*Please note: the parking protector is not designed to withstand being run over/hit by cars. If this does happen, the warranty on the unit will be voided*

Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia-wide from our Perth and Brisbane warehouses.
Simply select your preferred dispatch location above the Add to Cart button when ordering.
Can I combine stock from both warehouses?
Yes — if one warehouse doesn’t have enough stock, you can add quantities from both locations.
We’ll review your order and secure the most cost-effective freight option and delivery timeframe.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 1pm (local warehouse time) are typically dispatched the same business day (excluding public holidays).
How long does delivery take?
Metro: 1–3 business days
Regional: 3–7 business days
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs shown at checkout are estimated freight charges.
Due to the size and weight of many products, final shipping costs may vary — particularly for bulk orders, oversized items or regional deliveries.
If an adjustment is required, our team will always contact you to confirm the final cost before processing your order.

Can I collect my order?
Yes — pickup is available from our Perth and Brisbane warehouses.

Returns & Warranty
We want you to feel completely confident buying from Bollard Shop. If anything isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Returns
Changed your mind or not happy with your order? No problem. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided items are unused and in original packaging. Just get in touch and we’ll guide you through it.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase required
- A 15% restocking fee applies to change of mind returns
- Return shipping is at your cost — original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll sort it out at no cost to you. Email sales@bollardshop.com.au with your order number and a photo and we’ll get straight onto it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we’ll notify you within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method — typically 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

Warranty
Many of our products include a manufacturer’s warranty covering structural and manufacturing defects — typically 1, 2, or 5 years from purchase. The warranty period for each product is shown in the product description.
To make a claim, contact us on 1300 766 003 or email sales@bollardshop.com.au with your proof of purchase and photos. If your claim is approved we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund and cover the cost of sending it back to you.
Not covered: normal wear and tear, cosmetic variations, damage from improper installation or modification, or damage occurring after delivery.
