Estimated Shipping Price
For simplicity, our checkout process includes an estimated shipping fee of $49 within Queensland and Western Australia. For all other states shipping is estimated at $71. This is based on standard metro-area deliveries of regular-sized items.
However, many of our products are oversized, heavy, or require pallet freight, which can increase the actual estimated shipping cost.
These include items like:
Long-length bollards
Concrete wheel stops
Bulk safety gear orders
Remote or regional delivery areas
Final Shipping Cost Confirmation
Because we work with multiple couriers and freight partners across Australia, we will review your order and confirm the very best final delivery cost before dispatch.
You will receive a follow-up call or email if the actual freight cost exceeds the estimated rate.
What If the Shipping Cost Changes?
If the revised shipping cost is higher than the estimated rate, we will:
Contact you promptly with the actual quote.
Offer you the choice to:
Proceed with the order and pay the balance, or
Cancel the order with a full refund.
