We ship Australia-wide from our Perth and Brisbane warehouses.

2. What if I need to combine stock from both warehouses?
If one warehouse does not have enough stock available, you can simply add the required quantity from each warehouse to your cart.
Your order will proceed with an estimated shipping cost, and our team will then review the shipment and confirm the best freight option and delivery timeline using our network of reliable couriers.

Absolutely. Pickup is available from our Perth and Brisbane warehouses.
Simply enter your address during checkout and the Local Pickup option will appear if you are located in QLD or WA. Select this option and our team will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Returns
Changed your mind or not happy with your order? No problem. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided items are unused and in original packaging. Just get in touch and we’ll guide you through it.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll sort it out at no cost to you. Email sales@bollardshop.com.au with your order number and a photo and we’ll get straight onto it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we’ll notify you within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method — typically 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

Warranty
Many of our products include a manufacturer’s warranty covering structural and manufacturing defects — typically 1, 2, or 5 years from purchase. The warranty period for each product is shown in the product description.
To make a claim, contact us on 1300 766 003 or email sales@bollardshop.com.au with your proof of purchase and photos. If your claim is approved we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund and cover the cost of sending it back to you.
Not covered: normal wear and tear, cosmetic variations, damage from improper installation or modification, or damage occurring after delivery.
