Warranty Information

Bollardshop products are supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty of one (1) year, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and where products have been installed in accordance with Bollardshop guidelines.

Some products may carry extended warranty periods. Where applicable, these will be clearly stated on the product description.


What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Structural defects present at the time of supply

  • Faults that occur under normal, intended use

At our discretion, an approved warranty claim may result in repair, replacement or refund.


What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage after installation

  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, modification or incorrect handling

  • Damage resulting from incorrect, non-compliant or third-party installation

  • Environmental conditions outside the product’s intended use

Installation is the responsibility of the purchaser unless installation services are provided directly by Bollardshop.


Making a Warranty Claim

To lodge a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Supporting photographs if requested

Bollardshop reserves the right to request the return of the product for assessment before approving a claim.


Warranty Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for warranty assessment.
If a warranty claim is approved, Bollardshop will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to the customer.
